I checked the TER definition database and the 2 outside links.
None had an answer, maybe one (or more) of you do.
What is *Pink Boxing* ?

with a little context, I could probably figure it out.

Pink boxes sounds like a reference to a vagina, so maybe a synonym for screwing?
