Name for this act?

Please be easy on me.  This my first topic post!

I had a GF a long time ago.  When she was ready and wanted me to cum, she would reach down to the base of my cock and pull the skin back.  This tightened up the skin on the whole penis and increased sensitivity a lot.

That probably only works during bare back sex. A rubber would grip too tight to permit this. BBFS...
