I recall this from The Joy of Sex many years ago.
You inspired me to browse through The Joy of Sex.  They call it "Florentine" or "Coitus a la Florentine".

While this is intellectually interesting, I'm sure the vast majority of people wouldn't know what it means.  So I guess knowing the name isn't going to help me.  :-)

Please be easy on me.  This my first topic post!

I had a GF a long time ago.  When she was ready and wanted me to cum, she would reach down to the base of my cock and pull the skin back.  This tightened up the skin on the whole penis and increased sensitivity a lot.
