If a lady screens you, then she should know your OK and it helps YOU to know that she's probably not LE either. The general concensus is that LE won't bother to screen.

If the lady does her screening, and you put her at ease during the screening process, by supplying all the info she requests, and being polite and respectful, than an LE check should not even happen when you first meet the lady. If you are constantly having LE checks at the beginning of a session, you're probably not picking experienced well reviewed ladies. Good luck
That's funny...thank you! I have to agree. When a prospective new client provides me with references, and I check them out properly (wait for a reply from the referral) there's no need to question him upon arrival. We do have to do the checks, and it will balance out.
