I sometimes see on the provider's website saying "This is not an offer for prostitution" , but i thought that was the whole point of this. Here is one example what I'm talking about:
https://www.theeroticreview.com/reviews/samantha-6028927420-268828
Go to her personal website, and you will see it says:

"This site does not promote a prostitution ring nor is this advertisement or any content therein an offer for prostitution. Money exchanged is for companionship only and anything beyond that is a choice made between two consenting adults and not contracted for by the site or myself. "

The term escort means the same thing as a prostitute, is it not?  And isn't it the main purpose of this site? Can someone clarify this for me?

..engaging in prostitution. Thus the legal disclaimer. It won't hold up in court if you get busted although if it wasn't there I guess the prosecutions case would be easier to prove but that's a argument for someone who knows the law, which I don't.

It's an effort to give her as much wiggle room as possible in the event LE gets involved.

Well “escorts” are ladies who 1. more professional and 2. offer “companionship” but we all know we going to get some action,  so they offer other things such as being you partner on a vacation where you can enjoy your stay while knowing you can have some fun GUARANTEED on the nights or times you choose obviously, to me prostitutes are the ladies who walk the streets “street walkers” lol or more of on backpage I would say, escorts by definition means accompany that special person for protection or as a courtesy basically meaning doing what you want haha. And the sayin about not paying for prostitution is so it’s like a loophole cause Prostitution (paying for sex) is illegal but paying for someone’s time isn’t, get it?

Prostitute, escort, hooker, whore, provider, lady of the night, it's all the same thing, it's just a matter of how nice you wanna be about it. Personally I prefer to call them whores to their face, so long as they'll let me of course, I wouldn't want to hurt someone's feelings after all.

On the prosecutions side!

Some judges have allow prosecutors to offer into evidence statements from gals that deny prostitution as evidence that they are, in fact, peddling prostitution.

It's always a bad idea to mention it.

There are a few jurisdictons where an ad without the disclaimer might be argued to be an offer of prostitution.  Those jurisdictions are rare.  But once behind closed doors, if one agrees to pay for sex, the new in person agreement invalidates the written disclaimer.
There is of course, the SCAM where the girl does a little dance or some other silliness after she recieves the money & then claims, I don't do that!  See my ad!
