Well “escorts” are ladies who 1. more professional and 2. offer “companionship” but we all know we going to get some action,  so they offer other things such as being you partner on a vacation where you can enjoy your stay while knowing you can have some fun GUARANTEED on the nights or times you choose obviously, to me prostitutes are the ladies who walk the streets “street walkers” lol or more of on backpage I would say, escorts by definition means accompany that special person for protection or as a courtesy basically meaning doing what you want haha. And the sayin about not paying for prostitution is so it’s like a loophole cause Prostitution (paying for sex) is illegal but paying for someone’s time isn’t, get it?

There are a few jurisdictons where an ad without the disclaimer might be argued to be an offer of prostitution.  Those jurisdictions are rare.  But once behind closed doors, if one agrees to pay for sex, the new in person agreement invalidates the written disclaimer.  
There is of course, the SCAM where the girl does a little dance or some other silliness after she recieves the money & then claims, I don't do that!  See my ad!        

and an escort is an escort. I prefer a hooker whore slutty escort who gets paid to leave. But that just me.
