Right that's a given (I haven't discussed it with them yet and I hope 3 hrs will give us time to try a few if not some alternatives), I always wait until we're together in the room to ask for anything explicit.  I just hope me asking to change the time and the duration, for whatever reason made her not want to see me again. I only received correspondence from the new girl not the one I had seen before about the change.  I figured it was no big deal especially since I am doing it a two weeks in advance, but as John Steinbeck said "the best laid plans...yada...yada" I guess I'll just have to hope for the best.

If you are expecting everything to have the Is dotted and the Ts crossed before you meet, this might not be the hobby for you.

And most women are just going to want you to just give a little trust and stop going through a checklist for the session.  Honestly, it will take the pressure off if you do this.  But if you are so anal that you have to get every last detail right, many girls won't want to see you.

I'm normally not one to focus on the details too much, I'm terrible at micromanaging. I get you and I try to leave it up to the lady I'm usually not to specific with the apparel usually just a color or a theme then leave it up to her/them to figure out what works best for them I even asked them if they were okay with me moving things around the new girl okay with it the one I saw before no correspondence yet though in the past that's not unusual so I figure I'm fine and the way she operates I'll know before the session whether or not she's coming. So I figured worst case I have that much time to focus on getting to know  the other provider. It's more like I have to coordinate with two women who may or may not be coordinating with each other for whatever reason, so excuse me for making sure all parties involved have to at least be on the same page on some critical details. I just like some correspondence so that I know that I'm not wasting my time and can probably find an alternative if need be. I understand in this hobby planning is inevitably useless to some degree, but it's better to have a plan and have it fall through. then to not have one at all.

Just flesh out the broad strokes, and go with it.  If this is such an important thing that you are gonna get totally upset if things don't work out exactly as planned, you might be setting yourself up for disappointment.

Right I never expect anything to go according to plan. I guess it's just hard to have alternatives and contingencies, if there is lack of correspondence so I'm not wasting my time and theirs.
