I'm normally not one to focus on the details too much, I'm terrible at micromanaging. Just flesh out the broad strokes, and go with it. If this is such an important thing that you are gonna get totally upset if things don't work out exactly as planned, you might be setting yourself up for disappointment.
Right I never expect anything to go according to plan. I guess it's just hard to have alternatives and contingencies, if there is lack of correspondence so I'm not wasting my time and theirs.
They are usually quick to respond. hopefully it's just they want to wait closer to the date with a confirmation correspondence
