Ok when you submit a problem report and it is accepted when or how are your VIP days credited.

P.S. I've searched the boards and couldn't find an answer.

Click on it, at the bottom will be "remaining vip days" You get 2 days for every approved problem report.

I have recently had problems to report. I used the "contact us" tab and it went to "my feedback". I could not find where to send my problem reports, and I have done it before. Looked all over and I could not find it. My problems were fixed, I just did not get the 2 days credit. Can someone tell me where I needed to go? Thanks

You go to the profile of the lady whose profile you need to file a "problem report" on and the "report a problem" tab is at the top right.

When you view your problem reports look on the right. It will say accepted and a little further to the right it will say days credit and show the number, in this case 2.

If you're correcting a review, use the "report a problem" tab at the top of the review. To check the status of a problem report go to "My TER" tab above, and then the "my problem reports tab"

Ok looking at this it says i have 8 days remaining (from previous reports) how is it that i actually use the days because i've had those days sitting there for atleast a month.
