I have recently had problems to report. I used the "contact us" tab and it went to "my feedback". I could not find where to send my problem reports, and I have done it before. Looked all over and I could not find it. My problems were fixed, I just did not get the 2 days credit. Can someone tell me where I needed to go? Thanks
Ok looking at this it says i have 8 days remaining (from previous reports) how is it that i actually use the days because i've had those days sitting there for atleast a month.

If you're correcting a review, use the "report a problem" tab at the top of the review. To check the status of a problem report go to "My TER" tab above, and then the "my problem reports tab"
When you view your problem reports look on the right. It will say accepted and a little further to the right it will say days credit and show the number, in this case 2.
