FYI - Once you see a provider and have a good experience, ask if she will be a reference. I have found this to be helpful. Better to know up front rather than give her name as a reference and find that she doesn't even remember you.
My first provider asked me to register with Room Service 2000, and they verified all my info very discreetly.
