I do negotiate at times but that is for much longer sessions and I don't advise newbies to do so.

sometimes they are specials.  You'll have to look for it.  Half hours are about minimum most of the time & in my area cost nearly as much as a full hour.  I'd feel 80 is low for hh.  I'm surprised you haven't been hung up on.
