I could really use a munch from a lovely lady right now but I'm having hard time finding anyone who will do just that for a reasonable amount. I offer 40 for a few minutes but so far they've declined and want at least 80 for half an hour of whatever (even though I'm looking for all those extras). Is this just not a thing these days?

I do negotiate at times but that is for much longer sessions and I don't advise newbies to do so.

If the going rate is $80, and they are turning you down for way below what they are asking, I am not sure what answer I could give you.

Pony up the $80 or don't play.

sometimes they are specials.  You'll have to look for it.  Half hours are about minimum most of the time & in my area cost nearly as much as a full hour.  I'd feel 80 is low for hh.  I'm surprised you haven't been hung up on.

That's why others have suggested he find a "track" in his hometown and look for SW action.
