There's a gap in the provider arena for Indian providers as NYC has a huge population of beautiful women of Indian decent, but very few providers. You'd be welcomed with open arms here.
Regarding ad sites, I think other posters have listed them. A lot of people go on Backapage.com (free/low cost) or Eros-ny.com, which is a little expensive but quality hobbists go to that. If you have reveiews from Canada, inlude a link to them in your ad since many on TER like to play it safe and wisely. If you offer GFE and your rates are not sky high, then you should have no problems having fun in NYC.
