not a Dr., but from what I know, the person doing the oral is more at risk. Again, if at all concerned wear a condom or use some protection when giving oral to a woman. I believe the risk of HIV is almost non existent in oral but other STDs can be transferred.

the risk of chlamydia is higher than the table shows for oral of any kind.  Often the woman is asymptomatic and the disease often goes undetected from oral - mild sore throat, etc.

More symptomatic in the male with dysuria.

Bottom line - reasonable table except as noted.
