Based on the positive reviews of Lana's Soapy Massage Shower, I set up an appointment with her.  I showed up on time but she texted and then called to say that she was caught up in traffic.  First it was going to be a 15 minute delay, then another 20 minutes, finally after one hour of waiting she was just 5 minutes away.  But then not another word or explanation.  She still hasn't responded to my text's or phone calls.
I consider this extremely rude and totally unacceptable "customer service".
I was unable to post this information in a review "since I didn't actually meet her."
But I wanted others to know that you better be ready to not only wait a long time (which is her reputation), but actually to have her totally stiff you.
My worst experience ever!

It happened a week ago.  No, it didn't cost me any money...but a no show with no response or explanation is worse than a bad bait & switch in my mind.  The only other time someone was a total no show, at least she offered an extended session in the future as an apology.
With all the positive reviews on Lana...I just wanted to let guys know that she's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination.

Sure, it sucks when you get stood up.  It's bad customer service, and you are right to take her off your list and to let us know, but let's keep things in proportion.  

Frankly I suspect this post is bullshit.  Firstly the person is hiding behind an alias. To me using an alias is cowardly, but that’s just me.   Secondly, you twice mention all of the positive reviews and you’re trying to warn fellow mongers that, what is the expression you used?  Oh yes, “she’s not perfect by any stretch of the imagination.”   Now, I don’t know Lana and have never seen her.  But no-shows are part of the monger life both by providers and clients.  Deal with it.  “Worst experience ever?”  Puhleeze.  Don’t whine about it or call a whambulance.  But it seems to me you have an agenda here against Lana for some reason and you’re going out of your way to harm her business.

Sounds like you were pretty annoyed and she sensed this as she
was keeping you posted about her traffic. Perhaps your tone of voice killed the mood...when that happened forget the appointment

Shit happens ...if your story is true some type of response would be nice ....but you sound like a bit of a pain in the ass ... look, it happens to everyone for various reasons ...learn from it , have a back up plan ? There are some good back ups ..go on GLS , there is Asian honey I believe ? If one thing doesn't pan out try another .... I'd like for her to respond to here her side but perhaps she doesn't want to bicker ... if it was spring I'd say you were 100% , but this weather ??? And your post might have credibility if you had a few reviews under your belt. I mean you express frustration that you can't do a review to whine about the no show....yet you've never bothered to submit one before.

Dude, the best thing you can do after get stood up/cancelled last minute/no show/no response is move on immediately.  Make an appointment ASAP with another lady that interests you, and go have fun!  Not likely that things will go wrong twice in a row in this game if you know how to play.  In the meantime, keep your own council on the NS.  If there is still a sour taste over the provider that stood you up afterward, then post here.  Otherwise, you have moved on..

No, my story is not bullshit.  I merely wanted to pass along some truthful "negative" information about a provider who has very "positive" reviews.  
Yes, saying it was my "worst experience ever" is an exaggeration...but I was pissed.  If she would have just owned up to how late she was going to be or that she didn't feel like seeing me, that would be one thing.  But to set up an appointment, continue to lead me on that she was going to go through with the appointment, and then no show with no explanation or even a courtesy call, is very rude in my mind.  
If she's that good in the business, she shouldn't treat clients (or potential clients) this way.

Have you read the other replies in this thread?  You need to do three things.  1. Grow up. 2. Let it go.  3. Stop trying to negatively impact her business.

I know you're upset but my guess here is that she may have suspected you are LE. I saw her many years ago and remember a somewhat similar experience although I did see her. She is extremely paranoid about LE and doesn't do any real screening. She goes by voice and manner, etc. At least she used to - unless she has changed. My advice - save what you would have on her visit, bankroll it with the next visit and see one of the amazing well reviewed ladies here. Just my 2 cents. Thanks.
