Stick with denial. The doubt hopefully will fade with time and if you're clever you can get beyond it. If you admit it that transgression could rear it's ugly head and bite you in the ass years from now.

Personally,i would lie ....being honest in this case does not help...i mean,it is not a long lastin relationship you are lying about...it is a one night stand, just that!!!!

The positive that can come from it is understanding. Maybe she can understand and become more intimate with you, if that has left.....doubtful.

Tough to call, but since you say you were caught in the act I think it's best you try to read the situation and make a decision that will be best for you. I've been caught a couple of times.  I know I'm a terrible liar so I owned up.  It was bad but probably not as bad as clinging to the lie.  But it depends on how good a liar you are, how credible and air-tight your excuse is, and how good a bullshit detector your SO has.

Or come clean and hope she's into threesomes.  Either way, you'll need to up your playa game.

Keep your story straight.  I've been grilled at the most inopportune times to see if my story will waiver, like waking me up in the middle of the night cuz she watched some bullshit cheating episode on Oprah.  Once you're caught, she will always suspect the worst.  The price we pay for OPP.

These are the two most important questions. If your SO just happened to cath you communicating with or about escorts you may be able to play it off. If on the other hand your SO has been running an on going investigation (read snooping) then she has you dead to rights.
