According to the NY Times, part of TER allows you to review hobbyists. I clicked all the links on the site and can't find where this part is. Can someone kindly show me where we can review hobbyists and how I can access it. Thanks.

Isn't it true that providers can get access to the Providers Only Discussion Board?  I understand that a lot of chatter about hobbyists can be found there.  That may  be the area that the NYT was referring to.
