Isn't it true that providers can get access to the Providers Only Discussion Board? I understand that a lot of chatter about hobbyists can be found there. That may be the area that the NYT was referring to.

According to the NY Times, part of TER allows you to review hobbyists. I clicked all the links on the site and can't find where this part is. Can someone kindly show me where we can review hobbyists and how I can access it. Thanks. CS
