I'm assuming she's real - I've found her under another phone number where she posts the same pics and almost the same ad language in Lincoln, Nebraska and in Florida - I Googled her number from the escourtad link above and found other postings from her

I would say yes that can be a flag but dig deeper and look to see if the ads are posted at the same time or if it appears that she could be just traveling.... and look to see if she has any reviews under any of the numbers. Does she use the same name and all that? I would not consider the same wordage or typing style to indicate its the same girl because ads can be copied just as well as pictures can.

Googling the trail of phone numbers, Image searching the trail of pictures, and see where it leads.  But you may end up with nothing conclusive either way.  That's when you have to decide of it is TOFTT time.
