Let me know if her posting the same ad, but with a different phone number raises any concerns

Thanks - I missed the escortads one but that ad is consistent with her current postings & the age matches

I had found the portland backpage ad, and that one confuses me - I'm not sure all the pictures in that ad are of the same person, since some show her face and other pics in that ad don't show her face - also, the age in the portland ad is 13 years different than what she currently is posting (39) - I'm wondering if the portland ad has stolen her pics for that ad?

Googling the trail of phone numbers, Image searching the trail of pictures, and see where it leads.  But you may end up with nothing conclusive either way.  That's when you have to decide of it is TOFTT time.

I would say yes that can be a flag but dig deeper and look to see if the ads are posted at the same time or if it appears that she could be just traveling.... and look to see if she has any reviews under any of the numbers. Does she use the same name and all that? I would not consider the same wordage or typing style to indicate its the same girl because ads can be copied just as well as pictures can.

Bottom line ... Look for reviews or toftt.
