There always seems to be a bit of controversy with these.

... and should have been "off".  It wouldn't make sense otherwise.

But it demonstrates that some typos in reviews are more important than others!

I saw a review recently of a highly-rated local provider in which no cover was mentioned.  But there was no direct mention of BBFS either. Which leads me to believe it was just sloppy writing.  

Probably but ...

I agree that it is very likely a typo.
