please do not underestimate how important hygiene is for providers, ESPECIALLY if weight and/or body hair is an issue for you.  Luckily for me, those are not issues, but I've had more than one provider recently bring up how unpleasant it is when a guy isn't freshly showered (and don't forget brushing of the teeth/breath mints if you like DFK).  So, for some insight, here is my pre-appointment regimine/recommendations:  

Shower (even just a quick 2 minutes rinse) at her hotel room if its been more than 2 hours since you last showered.  

Brush your teeth and use mouthwash if at all possible.  And always down a few breathmints right before the appointment - especially if you didn't get a chance to brush your teeth before the appointment

I know this stuff seems pretty basic - but apparently for a few out there, it isn't.  I always follow these rules, and have even received an expanded menu from a few girls just because I did.  Remember the saying: "Cleanliness is next to Godliness".  Besides, would YOU want to lick someones sweaty balls???

I very much enjoy the "natural essence" of a woman. I find that to be far more erotic than when a woman is overly hygenic, just as a natural beauty is so much more beautiful than a woman caked with make up.
