please do not underestimate how important hygiene is for providers, ESPECIALLY if weight and/or body hair is an issue for you.  Luckily for me, those are not issues, but I've had more than one provider recently bring up how unpleasant it is when a guy isn't freshly showered (and don't forget brushing of the teeth/breath mints if you like DFK).  So, for some insight, here is my pre-appointment regimine/recommendations:  

Shower (even just a quick 2 minutes rinse) at her hotel room if its been more than 2 hours since you last showered.  

Brush your teeth and use mouthwash if at all possible.  And always down a few breathmints right before the appointment - especially if you didn't get a chance to brush your teeth before the appointment

I know this stuff seems pretty basic - but apparently for a few out there, it isn't.  I always follow these rules, and have even received an expanded menu from a few girls just because I did.  Remember the saying: "Cleanliness is next to Godliness".  Besides, would YOU want to lick someones sweaty balls???

I very much enjoy the "natural essence" of a woman. I find that to be far more erotic than when a woman is overly hygenic, just as a natural beauty is so much more beautiful than a woman caked with make up.
But unclean men are generally repulsive at any level. The sweat of a woman that comes from passionate sex and drips off the areolas is a substance worth savoring, but I wouldn't lick sweaty balls for any amount of money!
As a confession, I also like the smell of cigarette smoke in a womans hair.

There are some disturbing visuals in this thread.  licking sweaty balls with a hint of dry latex lube and alcohol from a moist towellete equals bye bye.  Just keep yourselves clean people, unless the above appeals to you. In which case, my rates are..... just kidding.

Thanks guys for this thread! Ben, you are so right about those trojans, why don't they take that into account at the manafacturer?? I always use the Durex fruit flavored ones, very nice, how-ever they do not always fit if the gentleman is large and I am wondering if you men have run across any large size covers that are halfway pleasant to the palatte, guess maybe check on line huh? Also, I think with both parties that when you know you are clean, it makes even less inhibitions, your confidence is up and you feel like going wild!! my.02 worth, xoxo J.
