On some level I doubt it was written by a real escort but if it was she is likely someone who is struggling in the business with an attitude like that.

there was a similar rant making the rounds from a provider with many of the same complaints. Also, occasionally a girl comes on the board under an alias and says how she has been faking it for years and that most men disgust her. While what we talk about on this board is definitely an "exchange" of favors, not true love, I can't imagine a high-end provider lasting very long unless she enjoys her work.

i figure, even if you're an insurance adjuster or garbage collector, unless you enjoy what you do, you're wasting your life.

it must be why most providers last 2-3 years because they love the job. It's all about the green..it is better to suck up being an escort for 2 yrs than 20 yrs rolling burgers. I guess most hobbyists cannot comprehend that the percentage of women who actually like this is probably less than 5%. I do not care if she likes it or not I am there for my enjoyment not hers.

Hate to say it but there's some truth to what she says. She could have been alittle more tactful in her words but I get it. I've heard the same but in a more polite way from other ladies.I think she may have wrote that while sipping alittle too much vino and just had a hard day. It's a tough business and some guys really don't get it.

Trying to put myself in the 20 yo position. Here's what most likely happens.She gets the call, the guy sounds cool over the phone. She's not going to ask what he looks like because that come off as "if you're not model material then don't bother". Most women don't ask for pictures,although some do now. She'll ask the right questions, job,age and ethnic background. The guy gets to the door and he's close to 300lbs and probably reminds her of her uncle Louie. But he's there with 3-400 bills. She then says to herself, "it's only an hour" so she goes through with it. It's better then sending him home with blue balls. She may not love that "hour" but it doesn't mean that all clients come in like that. So in part she probably hated that hour. There's going to be good with the bad...hopefully there's more good, which I feel there is.

The worst are guys who can't take the hint when you tell them to see someone else instead of you. It means that I don't like you as a client. No matter what hell you put them through to make them not call you back and they still want to see you.

not many people out there really like their jobs in any profession..work wise very few get the dream job

I feel particularly sorry for the low-end girls, who can't get out after two years, or 20. But there are a few women--very few--who were on TER before I joined and who still are working.

I'm actually sad for this girl.
