Let’s say he is an established client and the condom fails or some bare back action takes place. I’m not talking about the women from the places that do bare back for extra. So, anyway the provider decides she’s wants a child and is somehow sure it was that guy. Would she or has there been a provider attempt to get child support from the client? Just a theoretical question for discussion.

I had two planned pregnancies & have been attempting to enforce child support for years. He pays when he wants. He owes me thousands in past due child support it’s ridiculous. Dead beat Dad’s are a huge problem.  

I don’t think it’s that simple to collect child support. I will have to take him back to court again. DCSS is better in CA, than AZ in my personal opinion. CA enforces child support by taking away passports, DL, freezing bank accounts. I have not received any child support payments, since moving to AZ almost 2 years ago.

Depends on what state you’re in & does DCSS do their jobs efficiently. Just my life experiences.
