Let’s say he is an established client and the condom fails or some bare back action takes place. I’m not talking about the women from the places that do bare back for extra. So, anyway the provider decides she’s wants a child and is somehow sure it was that guy. Would she or has there been a provider attempt to get child support from the client? Just a theoretical question for discussion.
I had two planned pregnancies & have been attempting to enforce child support for years. He pays when he wants. He owes me thousands in past due child support it’s ridiculous. Dead beat Dad’s are a huge problem.
I don’t think it’s that simple to collect child support. I will have to take him back to court again. DCSS is better in CA, than AZ in my personal opinion. CA enforces child support by taking away passports, DL, freezing bank accounts. I have not received any child support payments, since moving to AZ almost 2 years ago.
Depends on what state you’re in & does DCSS do their jobs efficiently. Just my life experiences.
Yeah you claim some one is the Dad doesn't mean they will pay you or the state will make them..
I have judgement against my son's father and he is now 22 and I still have no funds I supported him by myself my ex makes sure to work off books ..under the table so not to pay
Now let's take the richest man with tons of kids ..Elon..he won't pay support to any of his children he refuses to admit they are his without his DNA which he is refusing to give for to establish him as father...so all women with his kids have not made money 💰 off him...
