one very highly rated & respected young girl told me she cant post on the Ad board because she doesnt have a TER link on her web site ?  is that true that its required for a girl to post an ad here?  thanks

Yep its true.  You have to have the link and logo on your website.

You have to have the TER link on your website in order to lnk your website in your ad. However you don't need to link your website in your ad. You can post an ad with a link to your reviews, or a link to your ad on an escort mall.

She can post an ad

she just can't link to her website on the ad. She has to link to her reviews, or link to her ad on an escort mall. Or she can get the TER link put on her website. It's not that big a deal. See the ad posting guidelines. Link provided by shillbill. It is all pretty clear. No mysteries.
