Brother Twoon, may I ask how one learns the name of their booker? The extent of my interactions with bookers have been to ask availability and confirm appointments. Maybe it's different on the WC.

When you meet a booker who is particularly helpful there is a tendency to want to know their name.

Have found the bookers in the DMV area to be good generally speaking, especially Erica at Discreet Story.  Very professional, and seems genuinely interested in keeping her customers happy.  Tip of the hat to her!

Do you feel as though there's any benefit to knowing the booker's name? I'd think you'd endear yourself more to them by booking more sessions or leaving tips/gifts for them.

them by name when booking, or when reporting a problem.  In any business relationship, the sweetest sound most people can hear is someone else saying their name.  It makes them feel important.  So I make sure that the booker knows that I know who they are, and that they know my first name and telephone number.  I do it in my own RL business, too.  I just think its a courtesy that is appreciated in a business setting. Remember that the girls come and go, but you will be dealing with the booker for the duration of your hobby career, so its good to maintain a professional, but cordial relationship.

I wouldn't have a competitive edge.  I will admit that with this strategy, I'm in the minority when it comes to customer service.  Most businesses, including Kgirl agences, do not have the patience or vision to adopt a policy like this and I don't blame the agencies.  Each morning they wake up not knowing how much longer they will be able to operate their business, so what's the use of having a ten-year plan to groom future VIP's?

Every time I read one of his posts it becomes clearer why he's constantly talking about the risk of being black-listed by the Orgs. Something tells me we're not the only folks in the hobby that he doesn't get along with.

I'm absolutely FINE with the people who run  my hobby.  You are the one looking for changes, so YOU should be the one to suggest them.  I'm perfectly satisfied with everything in MY hobby world staying just like it is.  But my disappointment rate is less than 5%, so its apples and oranges to compare our respective hobby experiences. You should do whatever it is that you think will improve your own experiences, with the caveat that you don't fuck it up for the rest of us.  Lol

I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner, but unless you're on a first name basis with the booker, becoming a VIP simply through repeat visits implies that they're keeping track of the frequency of your visits. From an information security perspective, this is a worrying thought.

But having your first name and a list of the girls you have seen is actually a benefit to you.  As many other VIP mongers have experienced, a booker that keeps track of who you see KNOWS what your "type" of Kgirl is, and they will often recommend new girls that are a perfect match to the types of girls in your individual history.  I have even had cases where I would ask for a specific new girl, and the booker will tell me, "I don't think you will like her, she's not your type."  In several cases, I went ahead and saw her anyway, and ended up regretting it, so I view tracking my history as a plus, not a minus.  The booker can give me better service, which in turn leads me to give him more business.  Having the booker as an additional filter to get me to the girls I'm going to like decreases the percentage of disappointing sessions I will have each year.

I don't think he understands the difference between sales business and service business. Maybe when he gets out of community college?
