I cannot come up with a way to get the name Meat. (Short for Meat Loaf [singer; aka Micheal Lee Aday]? Matias / Mathias / Matthew nicknamed "Matt" [Matt Dillon, TV Sheriff; Matt Damon, actor]?

Maybe it's a variation of her name.
But even so, why run with that name?

If fucking “Taco Bell” and “Orange Crush” were once accepted as names, I guess Meat should be no surprise. Hell the gonzo names used at Peach Cafe seriously make want to text the booker and ask, “WTF were you thinking?” Kiss the Rain?? Goddess Cure Rona??? You can’t make this shit up.
