Her parents changing their number was something that was done, prior to "hope" being relized missing, and is completely non-related to this situation..
I am not going to go into her personal details on this board, however, if you would like to help the situation, you are more than welcome to call me to discuss it...THIS IS NOT A JOKE, her family is worried sick, however, my going this route for assistence, is not something that I would choose to discuss with her parents, and I would hope that you could understand why....

So yes, that part IS being handled by her parents.
This is something that I can do, something that her parents wouldnt know to do, and something that the police may, or may not do.
It is as simple as that.

If you DID know "Hope" aka Nancy, you would certainly be more understanding, and most likely, much more helpful.
And no, my serious concern is NOT that she is hiding from anyone.
She is a very caring mother, she adores her daughter, and I don't believe that she would allow her daughters 8th birthday to go by without any contact from her, that's IF she were OK....
I am very worried, with very good reason.
I guess I shouldn't be that surprised how cynical most of the readers of these boards seem to be...considering the venue...But I am!

My intentions are all good, and 100% legitimate..
I will say this... that if someday any of your loved ones are ever missing, I truly hope that the people you look to for assistance are people that are more interested in being helpful to you, and much less interested in attempting to discredit you for doing the right thing...looking.................

Its upsetting to see how many people are giving this poor man a hard time. He is obviously trying to locate a dear friend. As far as police, missing persons, and the feds, I have some shocking news for some of you...there are hundreds of people missing and vansihing every year and its mostly goes unnoticed. The really big cases that are sensationalized by the media are just a small percentage of actual cases. Especially if this girl is an escort. Alot of the mentality out there just considers her "another missing hooker". Sad. But, true. So, I think all of you skeptics should cut this man a break and be happy that the girl has someone that truly cares about what happens to her.
