Who is the board admin for Chicago? I posted about a traverling provider I had seen this morning and now my post is gone. I would like to know why.

Click on My TER.  Then, hover the cursor over the  More field and click My Board Posts.  In there, you should see the reason why the post was removed.

Your post is look like shill. You can post a "Mini Review" for a visiting provider.

I cannot understand why ( even though I'm a VIP member here) every time I post with the link of my agency, the post gets rejected...

You have to read CTP's post..he told you the TER rule in order to post ads in your agency name.    
You have to have the TER logo on your website, the home page then you can post what you want.
