That is a peril that everyone here has to consider.

I am a member of RS2K and have used that for verification purposes.  It's a great service.

However unless your name is "John Smith" in "Chicago" it could be quite possible for someone to figure out who you were.

Now the overwhelming majority of escorts wouldn't do that, but you never know who the bad one is.  I have seen providers get really upset if there is a bad review.  I know I would be really hesitant to write a bad review to someone that I previously gave RS2K information towards.  I wouldn't want it traced back to me and deal with that.  Now my TER id isn't traceable to my RS2K information but I am still cautious.

Contrary to recent posts regarding censorship on this board, I had absolutely nothing to do with this provider not being named. I did have to remove a post by someone who posted under an alias and named her, but that was because they had already posted under their real handle. I have asked Admin if there is any such rule after getting a couple PMs about such a rule. I'll let you all know as soon as I hear back from Admin.

**I just heard back from Admin, and I was told that this needs to be handled exactly how Kelly Shannon handled it. This is such a serious charge, and is best handled by the use of private communication. A NCNS is NOT a career-ending offense, but this incident very well could be. Legal ramifications prevent TER from choosing sides. The word is out, and the ability to gain more information is there for anyone who desires it. I hope this helps answer the question some have posed regarding this situation.**

Here is my question. There is a provider out there that outed a Hobbyist, I got that part. TER does not want to give out the info because it could end the bad Provider's carrer, OK I guess. The only way you can find out who the bad Provider is (cause she could be almost anyone) is by back channeling Kelly. Then why is it we joined TER and paid our monthly dues.

TER is not outing the alleged providor as TER does not have first hand knowledge of the incident. In the litigous society that we live in today, one must be cautious with dispensing information that could possibly be fictional.

As to your question of why you joined TER and paid your monthly dues? It's because of providors like Kelly that stand up and are not afraid to out a bitch like this alleged woman. Go to another board and look at the participants, you will not find the caliber of people that exist on this site. We are fortunate to have some of the best people in the industry on TER. Long standing customers, both men and women who are willing to help out an experienced hobbyist as well as the newbies. They also have helped this Moderator on several occassions.

Do you have the ability to find out this providors name? Yes. If you wish to know it, send along a quick PM to Kelly and maybe a thank you too.

Thanks Kelly for standing up and being counted. As I said months ago, this board is getting back to its roots more and more every week. People helping people, vigorous debates exchanged with each other and always, always in the end we stand united.

so why is she still listed? TER has banished providers for black-listing hobbyists but this one ruined a guy's life and she's still here? Look at her reviews and you'll clearly see the signs of drug abuse. And if you still don't know who she is, PM one of us and we'll be more than happy to tell you. Do NOT see this provider and TER, please get your ass in gear and get rid of her before she does even more damage.

What first-hand knowledge of the incident does TER need specifically? Does TER need to be in the room and witness the provider outing the hobbyist for it to be first-hand knowledge? Is TER implying that Kelly Shannon is dispensing information that could possibly be fictional?

The word is out and just about everyone knows who she is and what she did. TER is doing nothing to protect us from her. Her profile is still available and I hope some poor schuck doesn't book with her because he didn't read this particular board and this particular thread. I doubt TER will be hearing from the outed hobbyist so if that's the proof TER needs, we're all in big trouble.

TER is not responsible for the behavior of hobbyists or providers outside of the borders of this site. Nobody has been censored, and only one post was removed due to a broken posting rule. Kelly has offered up the personal info, to be delivered in a private way.

The affected parties in this saga, are the only ones who can talk with Admin about this in the 1st person. Not you, and not anyone else. The rules at TER apply to TER. If the provider causes a problem ON this site, then thats a different story. TER is not the "policeman" for the entire hobby community.

The flames will now cease and this thread will become a reference guide as opposed to a never ending story. The last available course of action is for the affected parties who were victimized, to report the TER activities involved. Their TER chat, TER PMs, or other TER related forums that are associated with the provider in question, and that relate to the problem. They can forward that information directly to Admin via the contact us button.
