This argument will exist as long as TER insists on tying offered services to what we can rate for performance. Based on current rules you're right, this doesn't get a 10. But that's moot because there's already categories for each service a girl can offer and whether she offers it. Tying it to the rating is useless for us.

Perfect example: We know a non-FS FBSM can only get a max 7 rating, so how are we supposed to differentiate a mediocre FBSM from a truly outstanding FBSM? Both could get a 7, cuz hey I get a HJ from a naked hottie and yeah, it's a hot time. But a session that includes much more than the norm, and leaves you thinking "wow, now that's how you do a massage" also gets a 7.

TER needs to understand what we're looking for and make the performance rating completely subjective at the discretion of the reviewer.

That monger seemed very happy with the service he received.  To him it seemed a 10,  since the prostitute is no longer working we don't see the ad.  Maybe greek etc was on the menu which would have made it eligible for a 10.

Since when is evaluating how the reviews are supposed to work whining?

Perhaps any girl who is willing to touch your small dick earns a 10...  but for the rest of us, we would like to see uniform rules.

Maybe he's "whining" because he'd like reliable and consistent reviews that he can count on for correct information.

The review process is inherently subjective.  In evaluating a review I have to read the details.  I've seen reviews where a '6' is given and if I received that kind of service I would give it an '8' or '9' as well as the reverse.  It comes with the territory and no amount of whining will change it.  No one should rely on just the number to evaluate the quality of the prostitute's service.

Trying to consistently standardize down to a number the quality of a sexual encounter when we all have subjective views of what we want  is a fool's errand.   I decide on the number to give on performance as to how I feel when the session is over and how emotionally and physically satisfied I am.  It can't get more subjective than that.  

To your original whine, eh I mean complaint, its hard to say what was on the menu since the ad is no longer functioning  but if she offered BBBJ, (I prefer them covered to mitigate the risk of disease transmission) DFK, anal, and DATY and the monger only did DFK she would be eligible to receive a 10 and it wouldn't be appropriate  for TER to downgrade the review.
