Hey guys, have you ever felt like the forces just do not want it to happen? In the past week:
1. My Wednesday appointment, that has been scheduled, and comfirmed for several weeks, was a no show. (not the first time with this flake)
2. On Thursday I contacted a regular for a Friday morning meeting. While in the parking lot, I got an email telling me of her family problem, and could not meet (thats cool). I called another local gal. her only window I could not meet, then she was going out of town for a few days.
3. The appointment I had pre scheduled for today, cancelled yesterday because of weather, and was concerned about traveling.
4. Today, I was going TOFTT with a hot new gal in town. After her checking me out, we arranged to meet a couple of hours later. 1/2 hour before we are to meet, she has an emergency and can't meet.
I know I won't, because I love it too much, but are you not, at time tempted to say "Fuck It"?

Enough whining from me. I am sure Clooney, at times, can't get laid. Well, maybe not Clooney.

but right now, it reeeeeally sucks to be you. You need to get a good night's sleep, and tomorrow, wake up from this horrible dream, and start over. I hope your next phone call works out better.

I've had those "Perfect Storm" kind of days where all my picks do not work out, but you are having it worse than average !!  Note the Clooney ref above !!

Hey Babe, You know me, I will take anything YOU got.

I got two potential suggestions. And a bonus one!

One get naked and get a hammer and a cinder block. Grab your johnson and place it on the cinder block with one hand and raise the hammer in the other. Think about the story you told in your post and POUND away!

Now this solution will not get you laid but you will not have it bothering you anymore. At least not for awhile.

Second, naked again and put yourself in front of a full length mirror! Stare at yourself and OUT LOUD repeat your story of considerable woe you wrote to us earlier.

If that does not help turn sideways and repeat said story of woe.

Again will not help you get laid but should help shift your attitude.(ie shifterp get it?)

Lastly, as a bonus suggestion you can go out and find someone less well off than yourself and do something nice for them, and try to do it without them knowing. Doing something actively nice for someone else makes it impossible for you to be feeling sorry for yourself at the same time.

There is this really great charity that does operations on kids in under developed countries reparing cleft palets(hope I spelled that right). You can DONATE 250 and pay for one whole operation. Change a life and see how it effects your attitude!

So you could always turn your lemon into a life changing event for a child. That is some kind of good lemonade right there.

Or you could just feel sorry for yourself that you had a bad day! Your call!

We've all been there before!  Sometimes the best thing to do is take a few days off and then start the hunt all over again.  When the stars don't align, it's best not to force things until they align again.  Call it Karma, fate, voodoo, whatever.  Then get back on the hobby horse and giddyup!
