Here, I will answer........ Number one, are you Asian? If you are then you know how superstitious we Asians can be. From the throwing of the salt over the shoulder for good luck, to shrines of budha with offerings from other cultures, complete with incense sticks smoking. Everyone has something that they seem to think of good and bad luck.
With that being said, kinda like the name change. For whatever reason girls seem to think sometimes that names have good and bad luck. Maybe (just an example) Scarlet came from LA and wherever she worked before had a bad vibe. Maybe she disliked the type guys, or the owner, or the other girls, or the incall place (anything under the sun) that could cause a bad vibe. We'll changing your name is like being reborn and knocking the bad ju-ju away. if that makes sense. That is one main reason.....
Next scenario, to break it down further say (said girl) worked in LA or wherever for many years and her BF or best friend recognized her and is now on the look out for that particular name.... We'll how many (example) Namu's do you know? But, if she became Jenny or whoever, it makes it harder to find her. Or it could be a stalking client. there are so many factors for the name change, it is hard to name them all. Bottom line is sometimes the girl just wants some privacy, and does not want everyone to be able to figure out her every move....... Or where she is today or tomorrow. ( I think it should be respected)
Most guys always think the worst and think, WOW she changed her name she must have bad reviews.... Omg, let me reveal to the world who she is!!! (pat on the back) I mean sometimes just like guys wanting privacy, they do too!
P.S., here is my last thought... Say a girl did some services in one place and her reviews stated she did greek or rimming or whatever. Now said provider no longer wants to do those services (that is her right) but all her reviews state she does. So, as being a guy who wants those things, searches for that girl (service) he is seeking. And finds a girl that no longer wants to provide that, how do you change what your reviews say?? You are labeled as the girl who does X,Y, and Z now.
P.P.S just like in the beginning alot of our girls did rimming (that was the girl's choice) the guys would get mad because every girl at our place did not do that. And we were labeled. And i had some guys that actually got mad at me. Like how do i control what a girl does in her session? Maybe said girl went the extra mile for a guy she was into (who knows) Just like some girls swallow and some spit..... So, with all that being said.
Jade/Hazel had and has her reasons. And she was exposed. We did not got to great lengths to hide it. I mean we are using the same pics. But, hypothetically say Jade had someone recognize her and they were always checking Bi website to see when she was working, but they never heard of our site or TER.... How would one find her? Think about it BAD does not advertise often. Only the occasional posts here..........

Disclaimer~~ before this is taken as the truth of any particular girl..... Everything I said are what if's and some stories I have heard along the way. Also, that K girl only board is a train wreck, everyone is always bashing each other and so mean.
