There's already an app that they call Uber for escorts. Not available in the US last I heard.
The owner of Uber also stated in an early interview once that his app should be called "Boober" because of how often it's gotten him laid. So he'd probably sue if someone else tried to use that name. :p

It's nice to go to Shanghai, or Hong Kong or Thailand and be able to meet and talk with a girl before hand. It's a very nice screening process for both people and usually leads to a better experience since you're spent a little time getting to know your partner.
