Wearing boxers can increase sperm production, which isn't really the same thing. The majority of semen production is from the seminal vesicles (65%), which are located posteroinferior to the bladder, and the prostate (30%). The remaining 5% is produced in the testicles and epididymes.

Hey a patient has to be honest so they know what they're working with : ).
