and with some of the gentlemen I really wouldn't even want to know - with some of them their
particular choice might just have me rolling on the floor with tears of laughter streaming down
my face and with others it would mean a trip to the porcelain bowl to lose my breakfast, lunch
or dinner! Somehow an adult male male in either a speedo or a thong would definitely mean a ruined
meal!! lmao!!

Hey a patient has to be honest so they know what they're working with : ).

No panties @ the doctor's office either.

Wearing boxers can increase sperm production, which isn't really the same thing. The majority of semen production is from the seminal vesicles (65%), which are located posteroinferior to the bladder, and the prostate (30%). The remaining 5% is produced in the testicles and epididymes.

I only rock a thong by request, I find no reason to have dental floss up my arse unless requested to. I just find gorgeous boy shorts or lovely, well cut panties so much nicer.
