Our last client received a 2 in appearance and a 0 in performance! (We should have stayed home but damn we are glad we TOFTT)

One and three quarters of an inch is not considered acceptable.
This pasta was extremely overcooked and limp! 53 minutes for a souffle to rise is like waiting for paint to dry, like grass to grow or Hell to freeze over.

And guys, when you are kissing, slobbering like a ST Bernard isn't really a turn on.
