Birmingham seems to be the most popular place for touring providers. There's a lot of money in Huntsville. Montgomery is also a city that pops up frequently for tours.

The problem with Alabama is that it's what they like to call here "the Buckle of the Bible Belt".  Religion is so strong compared to other states that there just isn't as much demand.
