I tend to keep track of various venues. In relation for what your specifically asking I've not run across it. As you know there are escort boards/communities, Pro-Dom boards /communities and Lifestyle BDSM venues. So far I've not found one that is an effective crossover between the lines which are maintained.
For you lay people reading the general rule is Pro-Doms have their venues, Lifestyle BDSM have theirs and neither the two shall mix. Realistically, they do here and there ( I'm not speaking in absolutes) however for the most part they different ponds. It's like BDSM and Swingers they traditionally don't mix well in many places would be a similar analogy.

I haven't seen a good crossover for what you want. Another site has a BDSM board as well you could try that for what it's worth, which probably wouldn't buy you a cup of coffee. I think we both know F-life is out of the question however you could start your own discussion group there and eventually niche market to that. Otherwise

I was trying NOT to mention them so blatantly (thus my F-life comment) since it tends to be more of a "Lifestyle site" more than anything else. Many groups on FL would not appreciate industry trolling. I've seen and know of multiple provider accounts which have been banned from the site. Besides a few of us have personal accounts there and that may be a bit too close to home.

F-Life and Collar Me have worked well. It is true there are many lifestylers and guys that want it for free but collar me is more suited to this.
