Im not mad, that angry face just grabs attention Lol

PG is officially closed. I said I was taking a break and I took some time to reflect and realized I just cant do it any more. I cant deal with the agency drama. Its really hard and risky. Plus it takes a certain kind of person to run an agency, I understand that now. Since I was a provider in the past I was super nice to the girls, knowing exactly how good and bad days can be...well ya cant be that way : ( Running a "nice" agency where girls can go home when ever they feel like it, cancel half way thru the day etc. just dosent work. I had to hear so much complaining from you guys and while I felt bad for canceling and so on there was no way I could "convince" a girl to stay for the rest of the hours she promised me when I know she is tired or has had enough. Plus screening...ugh, its stressful having the weight on your shoulders of possibly sending a girl a bad client or LE or worse despite my thorough screening.
Im a happy and healthy person and the agency reeeeally brought me down. This has been the most exhausting year ever and Im happy its over.

Im currently advertising for Lesa and just started helping Alicia too. They both answer their own calls and emails but Im helping them with TER and they check in with me for safety when they do work. This is NOT an agency situation, I work for them now not the other way around. Its drama free, they're accountable for their own actions and I like these girls a lot.

So, there it is! Sorry for such a long post...I just wanted to clear that up, get things off my chest and say thanks to my friends here. This business is lovely from the right position

Im a girl so I have no business telling another girl what to do when it comes to things like this. Thats what made it stressful. I can do my job all day...screen, advertise, book and then it all falls apart and all I can do is smile and say have a nice afternoon when I really want to bitch and complain. Its just not me

If I had another girl telling me I must do an appointment I'd say, "YOU go #!*$ his D*#$*"
but when a girl has a man barking at her to stick to her schedule most of the time its easier and less exhausting to just finish your day then to listen to his BS and risk sitting around all week with no appointments as punishment.

For the record...not all male agencies suck.
IDK, this is all just so good and bad...

You are amazing, smart, gorgeous woman and I am actually happy to hear you are stepping away from running an agency.

That was way too much stress/risk all rolled into one.

I have not really considered the pure business side of it and looked at it in that manner.  I try to block that side out and fantasize that I am the only one she has and wants to see today.  But in the end it is a business.  Now the role of the pimp is viewed alittle different...."You better get out there and get my money."

How do you "convince" a provider......"look gurly you promised to give me a good 7 hours today!  Now get back up that room and suck these last two dicks for me!  And I'll give you 30 mins to go pick up some lub before I schedule the next client."

I for one enjoyed working with you and appreciated the way you ran things even though I was one of those who on occasion was disappointed when someone listed on the schedule wasn't available and had appointments cancelled. I admired your loyalty and class in never throwing them under the bus even though at times I'm sure you were tempted, but just politely said they weren't available.  I hope that I always responded in kind and didn't let my disappointment come across to you.  I will miss you and (most of) the girls who worked for you.

You always coducted yourself with dignity  , thoughtfulness and with a high level of professionalism.  And it is not surprising you are helping a couple ladies out.  I just wish you hadn't busted on my fantasy.  I always imagined you had an apartment full of cute babes wearing their babydolls...having pillowfights and hoping STP would call Sara and request an appt!!!   Geesh , sometimes the truth sucks!   Nothing but the best to ya and thanks.

A company should always look out for its employees interests first before its customers interests. After all, it is the employees that provide the revenue that allows the business to succeed -- not the customers. Customers can be so unreasonable to expect that, when they set up an appointment, they should expect the business follow through on its commitment. My employer, for example, is very understanding when I don't feel like working. They know that, if I can't bring my A game, they're better off that I don't show up at all, and the best thing is they don't care at all how many of our customers I piss off. If those customers find other vendors -- f**k them -- we don't need their business.

I'm not surprised you're going out of business. I did like your girls, I was lucky to see them when the felt like working.

Really!?!?!  Well you must not feel like bringing your A game VERY rarely.  Cause before I or most businesses tell a customer F**K them cause I got an employee who does not "feel" like bringing their A game then his Ass will have to bring his A game to finding another job!?!?   WTF is that.  It's customers that pay the frieght, that pay the employees.  You must work in the Art world/industry?
