One thing that I don't like about them is the inability to plan anything in advance. They'll only tell you who's working same day. I screened with them because I really wanted to see Julia but there is no way to know in advance which days their girls work. Same day appointments only. That's very difficult for me.

Any ballpark about what the rates average? $220 through the door for an hour, even if it’s 100% house money I’m a little hesitant to go another $200+ for additional services.

And if you don’t go over the top, is a HJ included with the base fee?

I believe HJs are included with the house fee. Honestly, even 200 extra for FS if everything is good is a deal.  

 
To get an idea you really have to read reviews of the girls.

Whatever the rates are on the website. Half goes to the house. Half goes to the girls. For what service is provided that depends on the individual escort.
There were a couple of real gems there but also some that were very basic.
