Was that a bust case that went to trial before a court??
I know the case involving another agency, Miami Companions, did not go to trial and the client list to date never has seen the light of day. I would wonder whether the Desert Divas case was one that went to trial wherein the list might have been made public through it being presented as evidence.
That might be something to consider as things move forward for those who are concerned. Those who fear the list getting into the hands of the media might keep their fingers crossed that the thing doesn't ever go to trial.
Again though, LE coming after the clients is a HUGE longshot and virtually unpressedented, don't lose sleep over it. Follow the money, federal government brings in money through fines being levied against the agency owners for unpaid taxes and also puts fear into others who might not pay their taxes - they only expend money through going through with prosecutions of hobbyists and therefore they have no interest.
Has anyone talked to lawyers about this matter, yet? Should you get them to fight for you starting NOW?!? DMV and CDC have been operating for a long time. There will be hundred's, if not thousands, of names on the overall list going back many years.
The DC Madam case outed a number of people, including some who were promised annonymity.
Another MD area bust a few years ago spread some names in the press and turned very ugly as different ladies pointed fingers at each other for spilling names.
In both cases it seems it was rather selectively done.
