After opening the site, I ran the mouse pointer over her photos, and part of the URL line reads, "isabella/images/isabella3_". What could that mean?

It would mean they are probably doing the website from home and are not very good website builders or designers.  They simply copied the page and put new photos on it, without updating the embedded links/pointers.
