Trying to set an appointment, providers want numbers and websites of providers you have been with! Being a real newbie, I have not seen any. A little help here, how do you handle this?

references with a website so that we can verify that you are a decent guy.  Others, like myself, accept a Date-Check verification and a 15 minute coffee meeting (not free, sorry) to verify your ID and to make sure that we click in a nice way... seeing as you are new you may not feel entirely comfortable going through with a rendez-vous.  Cold feet is not uncommon for a newbie.

In any case, try joining Date-Check - there are a number of providers who will see you once you have been verified through them.

Once you do see a provider, maintain a good rapport with her and let her know that you would like to continue to use her as your reference for future visits to other providers.

bad happened to a lady you referred some guy who didn't want to be screened?  I can sort of understand referring a gent you know - but surely you do not know this guy... frankly, I am a bit shocked that you would offer this type of information.

I give references and such all the time.
I was simply teasing him because with all of his reviews it seems like Jeop should be screening too. I was wondering how I managed to pass but his post said it all.
I was not at all trying to disregard anything about verifying. Why would I when I have been harmed though the person passed the verfication process.
