We're always reading on local review boards about hiring an electrician or a plumber, and whether you want to choose based on quality, price or both?  Who do you think rates a 10/10 for service in our area?  Criteria are naturally going to be subjective.  For me, it might be a bath rather than a shower, for you, a glass of wine or favorite drink offered, for others a really good massage.  Just interested in things beyond the usual, I guess.  Thanks.
