Anyone know of a provider local to the DMV that does haircut's?  I'd be okay with a haircut/he or cbj or haircut/massage/he or cbj?  I know Magic in Va used to advertise that she does hair, and there's that woman in Dover that does massage/hair/waxing/he...But looking for someone in MD/DC/VA...

Like really long time ago (2009), I've received a nice, wet BBBJ from a lady who used to advertise in Manassas, VA. I found her on craigslist advertising as offering pubic shave. I gave her $40 for shave and after shave was over she asked me if I wanted to upgrade. I said sure, and she gave me a pretty good BBBJ for another $60.  I was not even expecting it nor ever suggested it.
