Has any one been asked by a provider to send a picture of yourself for screening purposes?
I just had this situation and I actually provided one. I was verified though.
Now that I think about it, it wasn't so clever.
I'm thinking about not booking appointments because of that.

I, like you, was VERY skeptical of doing it.  The only thing that gave me some comfort is that she was well known in the community.  The circumstances of her request also increased my hesitation.

However, if the situation is making you uncomfortable now. I would ask the lady to delete your information, and not see her. If you go into with anxiety, your asking to be disappointed.

I'm a smallfry compared to some of you big players here, but I would never, EVER, give out my photo for screening. I'd rather give out my real name, SSN, and home address before photo. Once you send out your photo, it has too much potential to leave copies around everywhere and it's pretty much impossible to retrieve it. Who knows it might turn up 10 years, 20 years later? Who knows your family/friends/LE/employer/enemy might run into it?

If someone has elected to screen with his personal information i.e. name, Linkedin account, employment information, etc. chances are I've already seen a photo of him that way.

Although it turned some men off of me, many others were willing to oblige. I did this along with a litany of other redundant screening techniques but I didn't know any other way.  One man said it was easier to get a home loan than a date with me lol. My hard screening was eventually seen as a  commitment to discretion and safety and , I feel, it helped me become more established. Now, I've streamline the process but I still ask my potential pals to provide either a face pic,a  link to social media site like LinkedIn or Facebook , or a detailed self description. Of course,  there is a risk associated with submitting you photo no matter who you see but, by doing your research and entrusting your precious info only with reputable ladies, you'll lessen the chance of having a bad experience.  Happy Hobbying!

I have never and would not ever provide pictures, places of employment, etc to any provider.  Are you completely clueless to the risks associated with that.  Granted, most of our ladys our cool and can be trusted to a degree, but the only thing that needs to happen is she get popped by LE and then suddenly all that verification info is available.  And even is she did delete it from her computer, unless she is savvy enough to have the right software, that info can be easily recovered, not to mention the email trail that is left behind.

would I ever provide a photo. I have and will give a physical description of myself during the screening process but I would NEVER provide a photo. Can't say that I would ever provide last name, SSN or home address etc... again either... and DEFINITELY not my employment info. It's not even no, it's HELL NO.  

What the fuck is she thinking?  Providers already have a lot of leverage over us with our personal info and shit.   No way in HELL I would give any more leverage than they already have. Fuck that shit

so if she has my name, the pics are just a step away. No way for me to change that, except to avoid giving out my last name or mentioning anything about what I've done in my life. Makes for boring conversation. Therefore, I don't overly worry about it.

I dunno, after reading some of the comments here, maybe I should be more careful, but I have often sent my picture to providers as part my introductory email.  They've never asked for a picture, but several providers have responded that they really appreciated that I included it.

I would still NEVER send a picture of myself for "screening" purposes, nor will I ever fill out one of those insipid screening forms.
